Ghumer pori nidiya rani
Aay re aamer kache.
Bosbi amar khuku-monir chokhe.
Gaan shuniye ghum porato
Maa je aamar kole boshay niye.
Raat hoyeche onek maa go,
Ghumiye ekhon porte hobe.

Sei maa amar bodle gechey
Ghumiye porle daye je boka ,
Amar kache eshe.
Raat ekhono hoyeni motei
Ghum kotha theke aase…. !!
Onek- onek porte tomaye hobe.

Amar baro icche kore,
Boi-khata fhale rekhe,
Moner shukhe ghumai giye.
Ghumer pori pakhna mele
Amaye niye jak je chole,
Jyotsna raate….oi chander deshe…
Moner shukhe ghurbo sethay
Khata kalam boier bojha fhele…!!
